Palio features a new kind of venue, FoD (Food on Demand), a Sodexo concept that was developed as a unique, technology-focused casual-dining experience for college campuses. FoD is high tech from start to finish. Guests order digitally from a touch-screen kiosk. Each dish is then individually prepared, and then the customers order will appear on a TV screen in the dining room when the meal is ready.
